Who can see it

Booking details are visible to our restaurant team. They are stored with the hosting and database providers that run this website, who process the data on our behalf.

How long we keep it

We keep booking requests only for as long as we need them to run the restaurant, then delete them.

Cookies

The public website does not set tracking cookies of its own. If we enable analytics in the future, this policy will be updated first. The map on the Visit page loads from Google only when you choose to show it.
